Men's Suits Bundles Redesign

THE PROBLEM
Shopping for suit separates on JCP is a clunky experience for our user - especially on a mobile device with limited real estate.

BUSINESS OBJECTIVE
Increase suit separate purchases by improving the mobile shopping experience.

DESIGN OBJECTIVE
Eliminate the need for excessive scrolling by tightening up the "child" items display and sku options section.

USER OBJECTIVE
Make it easier for me to find and purchase suit separates on a mobile device.

KPIs
Lifts in Conversion and Average Order Value.

RESEARCH
Our metrics showed that a majority of our shoppers abandoned our ensemble experience before adding to cart or converting. So, we usability tested two competitor sites alongside JCP and determined where our experience was falling short.

DESIGN
Guided by our data and user testing, I designed three concepts. Built interactive prototypes and user tested again. The winning concept is now in development and planned to be released this year.
